With a dedicated team of 130 employees and advanced technology, we craft some of Europe’s finest cheeses in a safe, high-quality working environment where safety is our number one priority and quality is part of our DNA. Each year, we produce 6,200 tons of cheese for customers around the world, and continuous improvement is the norm in everything we do.

How you will make an impact
As our new QEHS Manager, you will lead the QEHS agenda end-to-end, working hands-on with cross-functional colleagues in Operation, Maintenance, Engineering, quality and the lab. You will lead a cross-functional team of four a Quality Specialist, an EHS Specialist, a Laboratory Technician and the colleague managing canteen/workwear.

At Troldhede, quality is a true team effort, often solved in workshops where you as the QEHS Manager will facilitate and drive outcomes. You will be part of the site leadership team, which includes Production, Packaging, Maintenance and Business Development and Finance.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for

  • Drive a proactive safety culture where you ensure standards are clear, embedded and lived daily across the site.

  • Contribute as a leader Be an active member of the leadership team and a role model for safety, quality and continuous improvement.

What will make you successful
You are passionate about quality and safety and thrive on building a strong, collaborative culture around them. We imagine that you hold an education in food engineering, dairy technology, chemistry/environmental technology or similar (short-cycle or bachelor-level), and bring experience from quality and optimization projects with solid working knowledge of IFS and HACCP. Maybe you have work as a quality specialist in a food company and want to step into a leadership position with more responsibility. People leadership is a plus but not a must.

Digitally you use modern systems and data to steer decisions, define KPIs and improve SOPs. You collaborate confidently across teams, facilitate workshops, and communicate clearly while staying decisive and structured. You speak and write Danish and English (ideally also Danish), enjoy a multicultural environment, inspire young talents and see your own growth potential within Arla.
