The opportunity
We are seeking our new Digital Lead Developer who will be instrumental in shaping our digital solutions and contributing to our development team with modern software practices and technical excellence.

Our R&D engineers and scientists develop breakthrough technologies that change the way the world works, and industries do business. We constantly push the limits of convention, while retaining our focus on delivering quality products and solutions to our customers.

You will be working in an agile team setup in a Global Environment, with colleagues in Sweden cooperating with teams in Poland and India. You will report to the local department but also to the Global R&D functions for digital solutions in HVDC.

How you’ll make an impact

• Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of our digital platform, participating in key technical decisions for both backend and frontend solution.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems that support analytics functions and asset monitoring solutions
• Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
• Implement software solutions using .NET Core, React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Contribute to coding standards, participate in code reviews, and promote best practices across the development team
• Develop and maintain reusable React components for improved development efficiency
• Work in a cross-disciplinary agile team, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your background

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem (including .NET Core)
• Expert-level knowledge of modern frontend development with React and component-based architecture
• Solid experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
• Extensive experience with RDBMS concepts like SQL Server
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Experience working in microservices architecture
