As we want you to prioritize your studies, your working hours will be approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Activities
Key Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the various teams in the Drilling & Wells department on tasks related to Well Interventions and Well Maintenance activities. Furthermore, you will be supporting other routine day-to-day tasks relevant to the business.
The tasks and support will mainly include:
- Support the Platform Intervention and Well Maintenance Team Leads and their respective execution teams
- Work within the Drilling & Wells information systems portfolio to support end users
- QC and audit daily reports and operational data, & report/ rectify anomalies
- Support cost tracking, invoice, and accrual reporting
- Time and cost probabilistic simulations to support operational planning
- Performance reporting and automation (Power BI)
- Data mapping and analysis to support operational performance improvement and the development of new digital tools
Candidate Profile
Who we are looking for
We seek a current student with a genuine interest in the energy business, strong drive, and engagement. Success in this role requires a structured approach, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. We value outgoing candidates who maintain perspective and deliver on projects.
The ideal profile:
- Student engineer with technical focus and drive (typically within energy, mechanical, electrical, chemical, process, petroleum, or production engineering domains)
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs, with emphasis on more advanced capabilities in Excel for statistics, modelling, and simulation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI data analytics and visualization software
- Experience with general-purpose programming languages (GPL)
- Written and verbal English skills are a prerequisite
