In Low Voltage Systems we are looking for a new buyer who will be main responsible for purchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. As our buyer you ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify & qualify new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.
- Ensures the SAP ariba Platform is updated as defined in the procedure
- Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew price lists and terms and conditions
- Support the Procurement Manager in reporting savings, Sustainability Ecovadis, Product Material Compliance progress and KPI as required
- Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing
- Oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve performance issues
- Initiate purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirm delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to PO requirements
- Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price
