What is the job about?
As a Senior BI System Consultant at Grundfos, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business intelligence solutions. You’ll work closely with diverse teams to model and validate data from multiple sources.
You will be part of developing our leading-edge solution ‘Smart Performance Management’. A solution that will provide accurate insights and empower decision-making for continuous Improvements in all Production units on the shopfloor, factory level and strategically, supporting Grundfos’ commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. Initially, SPM will be built using robust logic and data modeling. Looking ahead, we are committed to integrating AI-driven features to further enhance the solution’s ability to reason over complex data and proactively suggest improvements.

Your main responsibilities
- Model and integrate data from SAP S/4 and other sources in SAP Datasphere to enable scalable BI solutions.
- Validate and ensure quality of data, to support reliable analytics and reporting.
- Create insightful dashboards using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, production, and IT to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance and scalability.
- Be an active part of our global BI team and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Master’s degree in business Intelligence, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Skills in graphical modelling, ETL, SQL and Power BI.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in BI development or data engineering, including data modeling and validation in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of data structures and integration including CDS views .
- Experience working with manufacturing or production-related KPIs is a plus.
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and a collaborative spirit for working in an international environment.
