About the role
The core purpose of the role is to lead & drive operational process improvement initiatives across the Large, Complex & International (LCI) claims group. To do this you will be working closely with other members of the Business Development & Strategy team. In addition to your role in the team, you are expected to actively share experiences & knowledge with local operational teams within the Large, Complex & International claim unit.
Your tasks & responsibilities will vary depending on the needs, but will include:
- Identifying process optimisation opportunities across the LCI claims function.
- Analysing performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coaching teams to improve their operational performance measures.
- Delivering key improvement projects across the Nordic region.
- Coaching & supporting local operational teams to implement strategic improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the Claims strategy deployment process in Sweden or Denmark.
- Implementing & managing the LCI continual improvement framwork for the unit.
About the unit
The Business Development & Strategy team is a Nordic group that forms part of the Large, Complex & International claims function. Our focus is to help create a positive change for the teams we work with through operational excellence. (Lean, Six Sigma, ToC, TQM)
Our role varies from supporting local improvement initiatives in each country through to managing complex projects across the Nordic region. We are now offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a great team.
Although you are an integral member of Business Development & Strategy team, you will also work closely with one of the country based Large, Complex & International claim management teams. The aim is to help & support them to make positive improvements to the way they work, to share experiences and to create best practices together.

Practicalities
The position is a full-time position and located in Sweden or Denmark. Some travel to other offices across the Nordic region is required.
