This newly designed position at Impact Fund Denmark offers a unique opportunity to shape our organisational development approach from the ground up. As Senior Organisational Development Manager, you will lead initiatives that develop our people, enhance our culture and ensure the organisation is equipped for the future. You will translate strategic ambitions into practical frameworks, partner with leaders across the business and drive continuous improvements that support growth and resilience.

Key responsibilities
- Leadership and talent development: Design and deliver leadership development and succession planning. Drive capability-building strategies to strengthen critical skills across the organisation. In collaboration with People & culture colleagues coach leaders on organisational effectiveness, team dynamics and leadership behaviours.
- Culture, change and transformation: Lead cultural development initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion and high performance. Build frameworks and tools to help leaders and teams navigate change effectively.
- Organisational effectiveness: In collaboration with People & Culture colleagues assess and optimise organisational structures, roles and processes to improve effectiveness. Lead workforce planning to ensure future capabilities.
- Employee engagement: Shape initiatives that enhance engagement, well-being and retention. Develop tools to monitor engagement data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with People & Culture colleagues, leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated people solutions and champion a culture of continuous learning.
Your profile
- 8+ years of experience in organisational development, ideally combined with consulting experience.
- A proven track record in designing and implementing impactful people programmes and projects.
- Deep expertise in leadership development, talent management and building strong performing cultures.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex organisational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, combined with solid project management experience.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and data analytics, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally in English.
- A collaborative mindset, positive energy and a genuine desire to help colleagues succeed.
- A strong drive to challenge the status quo and improve how things are done.
