Research within the field of pediatrics focusing on the effects of dietary lipids on neurodevelopment in porcine models of premature, intra-uterine growth restricted and cholestatic infants.

  • Clinical and surgical experience in neonatal animals
  • In vivo methods including behavioral, motor functional and cognitive tests
  • Ex vivo analytical techniques including qPCR and histopathology
