I was responsible for whole projects including creating detailed construction drawings, static calculations plus overall international coordination with architects on various types of structures from almost day 1 and with very little supervision. I was often managing work of less experienced assistants as well as introducing new workers to drafting in AutoCAD or calculations and later mentoring them. As the deadlines had always been tight I created various optimisations in the manner of my work, which have later on been used by my colleagues.

INTERNSHIP
Assisting with creating drawings. Mainly focused on industrial and office buildings projects. Also created specifications of steel elements for large objects. In cooperation with the Head of the Design Dept. I played a significant role in the creation of an introduction process for the fresh employees.

Intership
The most demanding task was often to perform checking of sobriety on around 200 workers who were not eager to collaborate.
