Managing a matrix organisation with resources in Denmark and Czech Republic counting over time for 20+ direct and indirect reports, including 4 project managers. Responsible to optimize project resources by utilizing additional resources in US and India counting for 25+ people. Globally accountable for 8+ R&D programs in various stages of their development lifecycle. All products within integrated software/hardware solutions in industrial automation and control system field.

- Defining and executing long-term development and innovation strategies matching the market needs (in cooperation with stakeholders) for several products, e.g. the world-class Robotic Laboratory Automation Systems
- Defining and sponsoring 2 MSc. and PhD. projects in close collaboration with DTU
- Defining and implementing a global R&D resourcing strategy
- Establishing a systematic portfolio status approach
- Introduction and facilitation of Agile framework
