Administrative support for Marie Sklodowska-Curie ITN BIG4: Biosystematics Informatics and Genomics of the four big insect orders, University of Copenhagen
Undertaking and follow-up of the project meetings, workshops and advanced training courses
Prepare and distribute relevant information and documentation to the EU, project beneficiaries, partner organizations and project fellows
Maintenance of project electronic resources, including website and other e-resources, document archives
Oversee dissemination activities
Purchasing and bookkeeping
Budget accounting functions, including credit card billings, prepare and monitor invoices
