Project management of data collection, monitoring and evaluation across the organisation of the European Capital of Culture year in Aarhus with a special focus on simplifying data for reporting, management information and to the public as only employee with these competencies.

In this position i currently work intensely with:
• Continuous analysis of data and follow-up across the Aarhus 2017 internal teams and external
stakeholders,
• Surveybuilding, data collection and presentation of results on all political levels,
• Construction of data reports to the Municipalities, the Government and stakeholders,

Stakeholders to manage data collection and tracking of KPI's,

• Structuring of the framework for the final documentation of the European Capital of Culture year
in Aarhus,
• Strategic communication,
• Administration and coordination of audience data collection on 450+ events.

As an analytics consultant I structured and analyzed customer's contact points and experiences and created end products for customers to help them understand their own customer relations using customer experience management.

My responsibilities included:

*Project management of several costumers,
*Construction of surveys in Qualtrics, Shopmetrics,
*Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data in Excel and Qualtrics,
*Reporting and communication of end results to customers,
*Working with CRM-systems,
*Continuous contact and rearrangement of deals with customers.
