As Chief B2C Sales Officer at DCC Energi, you will lead DCC Energi's B2C sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence with a strong emphasis on digital sales channels. This role oversees all B2C sales and marketing activities, ensuring that efforts are aligned to maximise customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction in the B2C segment.

With direct report to the CEO, you will manage the Head of Marketing and work collaboratively with the Chief B2B Sales Officer to ensure that marketing strategies effectively support both B2C and B2B objectives. As a key leadership team member, this role is pivotal in advancing the company's competitive advantage across both markets and driving its overall growth.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are within the following areas:
Strategic Leadership

  • Define and lead the strategic direction for B2C sales and marketing, with a focus on driving substantial revenue growth through digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief B2B Sales Officer to develop integrated marketing strategies that support B2B sales objectives and ensure optimal resource allocation

Sales Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2C customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead the creation and execution of digital sales initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring scalability and adaptability in a rapidly changing market

Marketing Oversight

  • Oversee and manage the Head of Marketing, ensuring marketing strategies are effectively aligned with both B2C and B2B sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to continuously refine sales and marketing strategies

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work with the CEO and the Leadership team to drive organisational growth and enhance the company's competitive edge in both B2C and B2B markets
  • Foster a culture of innovation, digital excellence, and customer focus within the B2C sales and marketing teams

You have extensive experience from a senior B2C sales and marketing leadership role. You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion through digital sales channels and building lasting customer relationships. Furthermore, you possess financial acumen and accountability with budget management/P&L responsibility. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
You have a master’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.

You are a person with strong leadership presence and communication abilities, with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative, customer-centric culture. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive for results, a commitment to innovation, and continuous improvement in sales and marketing practices. You are a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies. Finally, you are result-oriented and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
