Business Analyst for Automation, AI & Tools

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Automation, AI & Tools area in Aeven. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, creating Business Cases and contributing to programs, projects, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities We are looking for a candidate who can excel in the following areas:
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications.
- Analyze and model business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making and uncover trends.
- Participate in and contribute to planning sessions, status meetings, and progress reports to customers, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe) is preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards is a bonus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Technical understanding and experience are advantageous.
