Backup Specialist

We are looking for experienced and multi-skilled operations specialists for Aeven Global Operations with broad knowledge of server infrastructure. You will be part of a professional global team based in Denmark, the Philippines and Prague.
You will be an important part of Aeven's global operations team, and your contribution will be the key to developing our near-shore activities. We work with operations in a professional and international environment with a constant focus on quality in the services delivered.

Your responsibilities
- Managing, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in backup environments on various OS Platforms and Databases
- Maintaining and monitoring of our Backup Infrastructure
- Collaborating with other teams in order to identify errors
- Collaborating with Backup Service architect regarding Backup service design
- Providing reports to customers
- Migrating customers between Backup solutions if needed as well as other internal projects
Your qualification and experience
- You are profficient in administrating Enterprise Backup environments and have in-depth knowledge of CommVault
- Good knowledge of Netbackup
- Be familiar with TSM and Veeam
- You communicate well in English; both oral and written (English is our corporate language)
- Fluency in Danish language
