Onsite Supporter

Your tasks will be diverse and include:

• Handling incidents and service requests
• Installation of software and hardware
• User administration and IT onboarding for employees
• IT assistance for meetings (Zoom, Webex, and Teams)
• Phone support
• Documentation of knowledge and processes
• Participation in an evening support program

As our new colleague, we expect you to have experience with:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• IT-introduction and presentation for employees
• Windows 11
• Office 365 and SharePoint
• Networking
• Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD
• Communication in both Danish and English

We are looking for a person who is good at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

You are proactive, focused on quality in your work, interested in acquiring new knowledge, and eager for continuous development.
