Coordinating and planning customer Changes and Customized Service Requests both with customer and internal technicians, to fit into a specific schedule. Securing that process is being followed and being the SPOC for the customer. Leading CAB meetings with customer; organize tech call if needed. Ensure date for invoicing are correct. Have an eye on optimizations internally and externally with the customer to work smarter and being pro-active towards the customer.
As a Change Manager & CSR Manager you will have a very big interface with all parts of the organization and key customer contacts. You will be the SPOC towards the customer so important you are good at stakeholder management.
Requirements:
- Good English skills both writing and verbal.
- Proven experience in change management,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Stakeholder engagement
- Project management
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Nice to have:
- Certification (e.g. ITIL), experience in Agile environments
