At Aeven, we design, build, and operate complex infrastructure solutions for some of Denmark’s largest organisations. Within our Automation, AI & Tools (AAIT) department, we develop and maintain the platforms that enable this — from ITSM and CMDB to automation and monitoring.
We are now looking for a Manager for our ITSM (ServiceNow) & CMDB Platforms — a role for a leader who understands both the technical landscape and the business responsibility that comes with owning one of Aeven’s most critical platforms.
About the Role
As Manager for the ITSM (ServiceNow) & CMDB Platforms, you will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational development of Aeven’s ITSM landscape. You will oversee the transition to Aeven’s next-generation ServiceNow platform and ensure stable, efficient operations across our global setup.
You’ll lead a highly skilled team of Product Owners, architects, and specialists across Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines. Your task will be to connect business needs, process excellence, and technical capabilities — turning complex architecture and operations into clear priorities and tangible outcomes.
This is a global leadership role where you’ll have a strong voice in how Aeven uses ServiceNow and CMDB to deliver best-in-class infrastructure services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Aeven’s CMDB and ServiceNow-based ITSM platform.
- Ensure the successful implementation and migration to the new platform within agreed timelines.
- Drive the customer deliveries and projects within the area
- Drive stable and efficient daily operations in close collaboration with technical, process and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and align teams across Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines in a global matrix setup.
- Manage budget, governance, and performance metrics for the platform area.
- Provide direction, prioritization, and professional leadership to your team of specialists.
About You
You combine a strong understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM and CMDB processes with the ability to think strategically and act pragmatically. You thrive in a global, complex environment and can balance operational stability with long-term vision.
We imagine that you:
- Have solid experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes at a strategic or tactical level.
- Understand infrastructure operations and service delivery in a large organization, preferably an IT infrastructure service provider
- Have experience leading or collaborating across multiple countries and cultures.
- Are confident managing budgets, governance, and business cases.
- Are a clear and courageous leader who can set direction, listen, and build strong relationships.
