Trifork Smart Enterprise is seeking a skilled and highly-motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to join our expert team in Aarhus. As our next project manager, you will ensure that we deliver on time, quality, and budget every time we build a business critical enterprise solution for one of our beloved clients.

Our clients represent a wide range of industries, and almost all are large enterprises. They are market-leaders in industries from green energy to sustainable fishing, life-saving equipment to toys that bring joy to children all over the world, from transport of people to transport of energy, and more.

Your expertise & patience is vital as you motivate and lead our creative teams of designers, developers, product owners, and testers confidently through our customer deliveries. We are here to deliver exquisite digital solutions, and if we stray off the path of optimising end-user experience, you gently lead us back on track.

You will manage complex deliveries of enterprise applications and it will be your responsibility - in collaboration with our expert teams & our customers - to ensure maximum optimisation of the final product and of the delivery process. It is your clearly-articulated vision that inspires & motivates your customers and teams and guides your deliveries through to success.

You have done this before
You speak digital delivery. You understand the importance of technology for the customer's business, and you have a passion for delivering new digital solutions that create real value.

You have several years of experience from a similar position and competencies to ensure that you can successfully lead complex engagements through full delivery lifecycles.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Have significant experience and a strong track record of success as a customer-facing IT project manager / delivery manager, ideally working with large enterprises
• Come with a personal toolbox drawing from methodologies such as lean, agile, and design thinking, and have a strong opinion about the underlying principles and how & when to apply them
• Can skilfully pick up and apply a wide range of software delivery, design, and account & team management practices & tools
• Have a keen sense for account & commercial management, keeping customer stakeholders & sponsors positively engaged
• Strive to make others successful through a positive approach to coaching and facilitating customers & team members, and an appreciative leadership style
• Are fluent in both Danish and English

As we work closely together with SAP and Apple, we would love for you to have worked with their products in the past. Experience with integration into business systems is also an advantage.

You will work from our office in Aarhus, but must expect - when possible - that there may be a need to travel around the country and abroad in relation to customer projects.
