Novo Nordisk Global IT is looking for a Senior Security Architect specializing in Endpoint Protection and Data Loss Prevention to work within the Global Information Security organisation.
Global IT consists of more than 400 highly skilled IT professionals responsible for all major IT projects, systems, infrastructure and operations in Novo Nordisk. The global IT landscape in Novo Nordisk covers more than 40.000 clients worldwide, with major business processes covered by corporate systems based on SAP, Siebel, Microsoft and Oracle.
About the department
The Global Information Security organisation is mandated to secure NN IT landscape. You will be employed in Global Security Operations that consists of teams in Denmark, USA and India. The activity level is high, and many major initiatives and projects are ongoing, making this an exciting place to work.
The job
You will be employed as a Senior Security Architect with an emphasis on Endpoint Protection including DLP. You will take a lead role in developing DLP strategy and working with business units to assess needed configurations and provide support. You must be adept at understanding and troubleshooting technical issues that may arise. Monitoring, analysis, and comprehension of reporting data is essential. Experience implementing and operating endpoint security, DLP, and CASB tools in the cloud is highly sought.
In Global Security Operations we also monitor tooling and logs for anomalous and malicious events, conduct investigations, and incident response actions. We often operate as a team in times of crisis and each team member may have a part to play regarding their system or experience.
Our new colleague will also have a good understanding of overall technical security topics and be aware of the latest threats that we face. You must have an inquisitive mindset and be willing to search for the answer which you may not know.
The job is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Qualifications
You are analytical, pragmatic, and detail oriented. You have implementation and operations experience with endpoint security platforms from prior engagements. You are considered a specialist and have a deep understanding of technical capabilities of endpoint solutions, understand the ever-changing landscape of malware, have knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, and have participated in incident response to malware events.
Relevant certifications are a plus that deal with endpoint security, incident response, and general security topics. Due to the nature of the role, your communication in written and verbal form, is concise and clear, to avoid misunderstanding and confusion. It will be required to collaborate with business areas as well as your security colleagues. Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
The ability to understand complex IT environments, experience working inside global companies, and working with service delivery and vendor management are an advantage. Likewise, you keep a cool head in stressful situations that arise from running fast paced projects and investigations.
It goes without saying that you are a team player, happy to share information, workload, and experience.
