Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key clients on a global scale.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Client Director/Key Account or similar role in SaaS
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Being proficient in English
