About the job
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Software Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, will have a deep understanding of software development best practices and handles well in a role as Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Steering focused cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products for our customer
- Analyze, design, and develop software applications
- Write high-quality and well-tested code
- Continuously help improve the development process and best practices
- Mentor and train software graduates
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of at least one modern programming language (preferably .NET Core/C#)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development best practices (e.g. SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, TDD, DDD)
- Experience with RESTful API’s
- Experience with cloud development (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Git, JIRA and other development tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of micro-service architecture, Docker, RabbitMQ, messaging in general and DevOps also a plus
Education: Masters (or Bachelor) degree in Computer Science or related field
