Project Manager with Maritime Experience

To drive our growth strategy and strengthen our market position, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Project Manager for our Engineering department at our headquarters in Frederikshavn.

Based on your experience in the maritime industry, you will play an important role in achieving our strategic goals. Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring a good collaborative climate in the team through knowledge sharing, advice, and feedback.
• Managing projects from start to finish with a focus on time, budget, and quality.
• Planning resources and ensuring timely delivery according to agreements.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high service level.
• Issuing quotes and following up with customers.
• Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, applicable guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Supervising onsite project work, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• You must expect 20-30 travel days per year in connection with trade fairs and customer visits

To handle the above tasks, we imagine you have the following professional qualifications:

• A technical education as a marine engineer, engineer, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in the maritime industry.
• Economic understanding and the ability to manage projects with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work structured under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management.
• Knowledge of automation and safety systems.
