NNE are busy working on the most exciting projects in our history, and are looking to engage a number of highly skilled and experienced consultants to join our team for a challenging and rewarding project in the field of API production. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and validation of automation solutions using ABB 800xA PCS/DCS. This project is based in Kalundborg, Denmark, offering you the chance to work on-site and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Contract Details:
Duration: We are offering 1-2 year contracts with the possibility of extension. This allows you to establish a long-term commitment to the project and make a significant impact.

Location: The project site is in Kalundborg, Denmark. Being on-site enables effective collaboration and ensures seamless communication with the project team. This is not a remote working opportunity.

Please note that this is not a permanent job with NNE. Instead, we are seeking to engage external consultants in this exciting project for fixed periods.

Must-Have Competencies:

• Minimum 2-4 years of documented experience in 800xA DCS programming. Your programming skills will be crucial in developing robust and efficient automation solutions.
• Minimum 2-4 years of documented experience in 800xA Batch Management. Your expertise in batch management will ensure smooth and accurate execution of processes.

Advantageous Competencies:
You must also possess a number of the following competencies:

• Pharma process knowledge within fermentation, purification, Upstream, and Downstream. Understanding the intricacies of these processes will enable you to design tailored automation solutions.
  
• S.88 knowledge. Familiarity with S.88 standards will facilitate the development and implementation of effective batch control strategies.
  GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Your knowledge of GMP guidelines will ensure compliance and adherence to industry regulations in the development and validation of automation solutions.
  
• GDP (Good Documentation Practice). Proficiency in GDP will support the creation of accurate and comprehensive documentation for protocols, test plans, and references.
  
• Batch knowledge in the Pharma industry. Your understanding of batch processes in the pharmaceutical industry will contribute to the efficient automation of production processes.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in Design (Functions Specification) within Pharma processes. Your ability to create detailed functional specifications will guide the development of automation solutions.
  
• Knowledge of PCdeviceLib and PCequipmentLib from ABB 800xA. Familiarity with these libraries will enhance your capabilities in programming and implementing automation solutions.
  
• 2-4 years of documented experience in Testing FAT & SAT. Your testing skills will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of automation solutions.
  
• 2-4 years of documented experience in Commissioning. Your commissioning expertise will facilitate the successful integration and deployment of automation systems.
  
• 2-4 years of documented experience in Documentation work: Protocols, Test plans, Test references. Your proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation will support quality assurance and validation processes.
  
• Qualification and Validation activities. Your knowledge of qualification and validation activities will ensure the compliance and reliability of automation solutions.
