Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to come and work with us in creating next generation branded commerce, engaging corporate destinations and brand identities.

Who we are
Spring/Summer is a digital-first design agency founded in 2013. We are a creative multidisciplinary team of 15, including user experience designers, visual designers, front-end developers, and producers.

We specialize in creating high-end digital experiences for companies worldwide and have been awarded Digital Agency of the Year twice by Creative Circle.

Our focus is primarily on designing and building websites and e-commerce solutions, but we also do brand design work and other related tasks for our clients. What we are looking for
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to our agency's success, ensuring that we deliver outstanding work while keeping our clients happy, satisfied and engaged. As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects from inception to completion, coordinating with both bigger and smaller clients. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a full-time position with a four-day workweek where we work longer days Monday to Thursday, giving you Fridays off (we are in a 6 month trial period but expect it to be a permanent thing). The start date is flexible, with commencement expected between June 1 and August 1. Compensation will be based on your qualifications. Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will be within:

Client Coordination: Meet with clients to understand their project goals, establish project scope, and maintain open communication throughout the project's life cycle.

Project Planning: Set budgets, timelines, expectations, and plan project calendars.

Team Collaboration: Assign tasks, streamline communication among internal team members, and ensure everyone is motivated and on track.

Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, clear roadblocks, double-check deliverables, and deliver final projects to clients.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to strategic work with clients, propose innovative solutions, and seek opportunities to improve processes.

Required Skills and Experience
Project Management: You have experience managing digital projects in a creative agency environment, with strong scoping, planning, and budgeting skills.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, data analysis, project management tools, and e-commerce platforms.

Technical Familiarity: It’s a significant advantage if you have experience building websites and e-commerce solutions and are familiar with platforms like Craft, Shopify, and other common web-based systems.

Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration, communication, organization, time management, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Danish and English.

Interpersonal Skills: You are approachable, calm under pressure, and enjoy building relationships with clients and team members.
