We are currently looking for senior, business-oriented Enterprise Architects for our team. You will work in challenging and meaningful projects, using your expertise to change the way our customers work.
We are looking for additional senior Enterprise Architects in our Design & Strategy team – people who want to create an impact that lasts. People who can see things from different angles and with new eyes.
Are you a Senior business-minded Enterprise Architect? Are you interested in key business initiatives such as e.g. strategic advisory, facilitating innovation and enabling transformational change? Do you both have a strategic mindset as well as hands-on experience in business and digitalisation improvement projects? If so – then we absolutely need you to join our team!
As a Senior Enterprise Architect at Solita you aim to create impact. With Solita’s Design & Strategy team, you design new business changes and strategies in collaboration with our clients’ business stakeholders and other Solitans. You are in a key role defining the business and project goals together with our clients.

What you would get to dig in to
Your projects will concentrate on areas such as e.g. structure business strategy, business development, articulate business outcomes, support investment decisions, enable business innovation engagements, design current and target architecture, design and develop strategic plans and/or roadmaps, information architecture, business and/or data solution design, increase the agility and flexibility through enterprise architecture design, design of new eco systems.
In this position, you might have a few projects at hand simultaneously, depending on your skillset and wish. There will be a lot of variation, and you will get a unique chance to work with a very experienced and innovative team! Further on, you will also get to specialize in the area of consulting that motivates you the most.

– Relevant educational background
– Interest in consultative client work and create impact that lasts
– Excellent presentation, moderation and communication skills
– Strong analytical thinking skills
– Consultative sales experience
– Enterprise architecture modeling experience
– Fluent Swedish and English language skills (mandatory for this role)
