We are currently looking for a project manager with a strong engineering background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and clearly communicating status of multiple projects concurrently. The candidate will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, senior PM, and design team members. You will be responsible for the coordination of design activities executed by a multidisciplinary and global engineering team.

You will be responsible for the coordination of design activities executed by a multidisciplinary and global engineering team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a project team in charge of delivering a scope of work defined in the contract and executed within an agreed timeframe
- Validate the project execution plan, cost base, and contractual qualifications
- Take accountability for the overall project delivery and its multiple work streams
- Establish and manage effective communications with internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure delivery of the project execution plan and budget
- Provide full project reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Report the consolidated project status and financial information on a regular basis
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Demonstrated experience in a project manager role
- Experience within plant engineering or machines and equipment is desired. However, transferrable skills will be much appreciated (high complex technical scenarios is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to manage through influence and collaborate globally
- Demonstrated expertise in mentoring/team development, change management and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Windchill experience is nice to have, but not a requirement.
