As a Maintenance Engineer, you will experience an independent job and versatile work where you will be involved in both large and small development projects, while taking ownership of your assigned tasks. You will solve tasks both individually and as part of a team, whether from the office or onsite as a consultant with the customer
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be participating in a wide range of projects related to maintenance, where you will be a driving part of solution development and execution in close dialogue with the customer. Our customers are primarily within operation and maintenance organisations in renewables, production & process, powerplants and utility industries.
Tasks could be, but not limited to:
- Onsite maintenance and project management in close collaboration with customer stakeholders.
- Maintenance plan development and task assignments that reflects equipment criticality and maintenance strategy.
- Asset master data acquisition and structure setup in CMMS based on known industry standards.
- Technical due diligence activities to help the customer be in control of current asset condition.
- Safety and risk assessments
- Documentation management and tech lead responsibilities of our global documentation team.
- Project management
We are looking for a technical and professional team player
You have over three years of experience in maintenance management and execution, and your educational background could be electrician, marine engineer, or similar. Having additional education or formal qualifications in maintenance management or project management is an advantage, and if you have acquired your skills in an alternative way, we would still like to hear from you.
As part of a consulting business, we expect that you excel at understanding complex problems and thrive in a dynamic work environment, where you can adapt flexibly and take on various roles within projects. Furthermore, it’s important that you are good at collaboration with the customers and the team.
As a person you show initiative, are ambitious, quality conscious, outgoing and empathetic. You have a positive attitude towards your work, your colleagues and customers, with whom you communicate with effortlessly in English (must) and Danish (nice to have). Furthermore, you understand the importance of knowledge-sharing with colleagues. You are outgoing, a good communicator and enjoy inspiring and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
