As the Change Lead on our ERP programme, called Compass, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable adoption of SAP S/4HANA across Pandora; delivering on our business transformation ambitions.

Ready to take your digital change and transformation leadership skills to next level?

Our new Change Lead will lead the Compass change management team across Compass workstreams to orchestrate and execute on engagement activities with stakeholders and end-users throughout Pandora’s global team. Collaborating closely with the Compass Leadership Team, you will develop and apply an end-to-end approach to implementation towards our colleagues in markets and functions. Additionally, you will provide strategic counsel to senior management to drive the ERP transformation across markets and clusters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the planning and execution of the change management workstream to ensure that change activities are delivered on time and with the right level of engagement and quality
  • Oversee a team of change managers to direct them in the execution of change initiatives, including analysis, stakeholder engagement, leadership and end-user training, as well as progress and adoption tracking
  • Drive the setup of our future SAP S/4HANA operating model and Learning CoE
  • Leverage your extensive experience in global ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA, to provide insights into organizational optimization and potential impacts through best practices
  • Foster collaboration and activity orchestration across global process owners, technical teams, and business representatives
  • Employ your leadership skills to successfully lead the Compass programme by engaging senior stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional conversations, and ensure alignment between project teams, functions and clusters

Our new global change catalyst is pragmatic and collaborative
The purpose of this role is to drive successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA by bringing great change experiences to our colleagues in the markets, functions as well as within our Compass team. Our new Change Lead will be interacting with multiple stakeholders on all organisational levels to navigate our team through our exciting transformation.

  • Successful track record in leading teams through the entire change management lifecycle, including Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Management, awareness-building, engagement strategies and follow up on change readiness and adoption
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global ERP system implementations, navigating complexity, and identifying organizational impacts
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and executing on global transformations
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at working with global process owners, technical teams, and business representatives
  • Strong people leadership abilities, capable of managing teams and engaging senior stakeholders effectively
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
  • Strong communicator with an ability to communicate complexity in simple terms and common language
  • Known for being able to roll-up the sleeves to get things done when needed

Your new team:
Our new colleague will join a global, ambitious and fun community of Change Managers, who all bring different backgrounds and skills to Pandora. We are looking forward to onboard our new lead to add even more best practices and competencies to our change and transformation activities.
We are organised in a matrix model, and our new colleague will be part of Pandora’s ERP Change Management team as well as the Change & Transformation team within Digital & Tech.
Both teams are specialised in driving the people side of digital and tech changes to maximize change adoption, ultimately resulting in the realization of Pandora’s objectives and our business goals.
While driving Change Management within different projects and product teams, we work closely together to ensure that we deliver on time and quality.
