You will be joining 40 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues in our Audio DSP Platform department. We are further split into agile teams, each with max 9 developers, 1 scrum master, and 1 product owner. We work with various aspects of the audio platform, including algorithms, implementation, and software development.

What will you be doing?
As our Audio Software Architect, you'll be a pivotal force in driving the audio software development for our next-generation Linux- and Android-based chipsets. Specifically, you will:

• Architect and Develop: Lead the architecture and design of high-quality audio embedded software solutions, ensuring reusability and maintainability.
• Collaborate: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with hardware, system, and software engineers to ensure a seamless integration of embedded software and hardware components.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in real-time DSP technology, software development tools, and make recommendations for their incorporation into our audio and embedded software platform.
• Mentor: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering professional growth within the team.

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience in developing DSP software for Linux-based devices
• Strong expertise in C++ programming and the design of software architecture
• In-depth understanding of Linux-based chipsets, including architecture, features, and limitations
• You are familiar with interfaces to audio peripherals, such as USB, I2S, TDM and Bluetooth and their integration with DSP software.
