DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Planner (PP) works closely with the project management team to establish and maintain the project schedule, supporting with schedule analysis, client reporting and liaison with the line organization.

• Work with the Project Manager (PM) to establish the Baseline Project Schedule with regards to scope, overall timeline for activities and deadlines for deliverables.
• Work with the Resources planning across our facilities in Denmark, Brazil and Norway to ensure overall timeline for activities and deadlines for deliverables.
• Participate in the project start up, requesting required information/decisions from management for setting up the schedule, and deliver inputs from schedule on timing and execution of the project.
• Maintain the project schedule throughout the project execution through dialogue with all relevant project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report to PM. This includes identified schedule risks and lack of progress compared to the baseline schedule.

The Project Planner role also includes Resource Planning and this role is assigned to a department and works closely with that department’s management team to plan their work across the project portfolio, supporting with project deadlines and liaison with the project management team with regards to project specific schedule requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent experience in project execution methodologies or similar;

- Solid project planning experience, including tracking and planning projects as well as experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment;

- Strong knowledge of Primavera (essential).

- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.

- Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

- Required B.SC in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related areas;

- Required Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written);
