Description of the Role and Practice
Accenture Strategy & Consulting enables leaders to act quickly and confidently as they look to the future. Through deep industry understanding, analyzes and insights, we give our customers the opportunity to grow in a new world powered by Data and AI. We are known for our ability to execute quickly, and we help our clients identify the right path to competitiveness by innovating in business and technology. The service unit consists of a wide range of business functions and industry groups, and in Data & AI we work from Strategy to Implementation where Data and AI are the focal points.

In your role as Data Strategist, you will work on projects like creating Data and AI strategy, assessing Data and AI business opportunities, and developing and optimizing Data and AI operating models. It can also include supporting complex system implementations powered by Accenture that orchestrate and accelerate results by scaling Data and AI platforms for our customers. Specifically, you can expect to:

• Define business value based on Data and AI
• Advise and help our customers through the changes that Generative AI entails
• Communicate technology, Data and AI solutions and the value they create for the business to C-level
• Build Data and AI strategy that is logical, understandable and executable - anchored with CXOs
• Support sales activities with e.g. producing sharp content and message for CXO pitches
• Analyze As-Is and design To-Be AI and Data architecture, tools and processes
• Communicate new data-driven insights to inspire and transform the way we do business
• Make data discovery, form hypotheses and test these together with the customer

Qualifications
Job Requirements
We expect you to have a proven track record of successful Data and AI strategy implementations, a history of thought leadership in the field, and the ability to mentor and guide consultants in the team. Furthermore, we expect the following from you:

• +3 years of relevant experience within Data and/or AI
• Analytical Skills: Able to analyze complex data for insights
• Business Acumen: Understands business strategy and can align data insights with goals
• Understands the role of Data & AI in business and can identify Data & AI use cases
• Adaptability and Learning: Open to new tech and industry trends, eager to learn and adapt
• Communication Skills: Can convey technical info clearly to diverse audiences
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data tools, programming, statistics, mathematics, data modelling and AI tech
• Execution & leadership: Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Relevant Science/Engineering/Business Master's degree with strong GPA
• Good written and oral presentation skills in English and Danish or another Nordic language
