Solid design and intuitive user experiences are two things we value highly here at Dalux – our UI/UX team are growing and now on the lookout for their new Team Lead!
Your new role
The members of the UI/UX team work partly in cross-functional project teams, with Product Managers and Developers, defining the product in Discovery Phase. In other projects, it is a more a supporting role, reviewing and adjusting UI/UX. You will improve our users experience for both new and existing features. Your primary tool will be Figma with the occasional use of other tools.
As a long term, cross project initiative, the UI/UX team is creating and maintaining Design Systems, making sure there is a joint understanding and standardization of the disciplines of UI and UX.
As Team Lead, you will spend around half of your time keeping you sharp with hands-on UI/UX tasks, the remaining time you will be supporting your team in relation to the rest of the changing and scaling organization.
This is not a people management position, but more about supporting your team members and aiding cooperation with other teams and parts of the organization.

You will become a part of our UI/UX team and join our two specialists in their hunt for even smarter and more intuitive products. Our flat organization, where the way from idea to product is short combined with creative freedom and a high level of trust in your work, ensures that you will be able to create tangible value for our users. Everyday life is characterized by sparring between colleagues, room to be yourself, with monthly social events and various clubs.
Your background
We believe you have +5 years of experience working with SaaS or other complex software solutions or large systems, as well as previous experience being team lead or lead for a team of product designers. We value experience working with user feedback and analyzing user data in production, as well as the ideation process and a solid understanding of the development and maintaining of design systems. Lastly, in the role of team lead, we believe experience working closely with development teams and product managers to be essential, and likewise the ability to plan and facilitate sprints.
As a person, you are adept at listening and have an analytical nature, where you are able to listen and discuss various points of view to discover and implement the best solution. You are curious and finds working with complex systems interesting and happy to take a deep dive into new systems, industries and technologies.
