Position Cluster:

Lead the design, development and delivery of web based technology-enabled applications, products and services. Oversee the delivery of technical solutions including front-end and back-end technologies and ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements, design requirements and technical specifications. Provide coaching and mentoring to junior Developers

What you do

• Navigate complex 3 tier enterprise web application.
• Update and build new ASP.Net MVC using React or Angular.
• Build and Deployment pipelines process knowledge. Moving from on-prem to hybrid cloud (Azure Devops).
• Lead the conceptual design development, ensuring that the solution is viable and designed appropriately to solve the business case; provide support for the facilitation and review of estimates. Work closely with ScrumMaster for Agile projects are appropriately supported with strong technical leadership.
• Oversee design efforts across capabilities / systems; provide support to Project Managers to ensure design / build activities remain within project schedule / budget; act as a technical advisor to the Project Manager, QA lead and/or business; facilitate escalation and resolution of technical issues during the development of the solutions; responsible for leading technical vendor work, delivery review and acceptance.
• Design, document, code, code inspection, and conduct unit tests and de-bugging of software solutions and components; code coverage (SonarCloud) apply enterprise standards, application patterns and development best practices in solutions development / delivery. Highly self-directed at designing and implementing timely, quality solutions.
• Assess and recommend IT capability improvements for applications, including: Implementing, logging and monitoring at appropriate levels and driving upgrades to currently supported software.
• Assist in ongoing maintenance and production support of existing applications.
• Available and open to collaborate with team members and project teams

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience with design and development of enterprise Web applications in a .NET environment
• A strong working knowledge and experience with ASP.Net MVC, C#, React or Angular (Open to work on both)
• Experience with JavaScript/JQuery
• CMS experience – Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore
• Azure Devops
• Azure Cloud Technology stack
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools and concepts
• Experience with unit testing tools and concepts
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

Skills nice to have

• Experience with SQL, WebService/REST.

Locations

• 3 days/week on-site in Golden Valley, MN
