A key part of Saxo’s success has been our ability to use all the data we have available to deliver best-in-class products and services. We are looking for a person to help continue the automatization of communication towards clients and in-house, contributing directly to our in-house developed systems. In this position you will cover a leading role in the further development of our systems in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Your work will be fundamental in supporting the organization in moving towards more and more automated and intelligent processes.

As an integral part of Outbound Communication, you will be part of a team w. a size of approximately 15 people. The team is part of the Data Science umbrella spanning a diverse set of backgrounds and skills. As part of the role, you will be working closely with IT, Global Sales, Client Service, stakeholders across different offices and the other members of Data Science.

The focus of the team is among other things to use modern statistical/machine learning tools, big data, and customer surveys to gain insight in our customer base and to optimize the way we work with our clients throughout the value chain. This includes a data-driven approach to optimizing engagement and in general supporting decisions related to all our client touchpoints in order to maximize client happiness and lifetime value.

Responsibilities
Among others you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain automated flows with a focus on front end development.
• Writing, testing, and maintaining implementations.
• Extensive collaboration with other developers and business stakeholders
• Develop further our A/B functionality to support stakeholders in setting up tests and analyze the results.
• Being part of the core team responsible for developing and maintaining outbound communication systems

Your profile
As a person you come across as dedicated, technical curious and goal oriented. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and communicate proactively with stakeholders. You possess an analytical mindset and pay attention to detail.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Development experience in React, Python and SQL
• Knowledge of testing code using cypress and pytest
• Knowledge of FastAPI, Airflow, Kafka, Docker and Node.js is a plus
• Backend development experience and understanding of DevOps CI/CD is a plus
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
