Lead commercial opportunities and expand the business
With a strong footprint in ESG-focused services within Supply Chain & Product Assurance (SCPA), DNV is building an integrated team to serve their Nordic clients. As such, they are looking for a Sales & Delivery Leader to develop, grow, and lead their Nordic Supply Chain Management Team comprising 6-8 Consultants based in Finland and Norway. You will provide sales leadership to enable your team to achieve their sales objectives, while also managing your own sales target. Your role also involves seizing commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand the business as well as driving technical competence development within the team aligned with the business area's strategy. Additionally, you will have full P&L responsibility for Supply Chain Management services in the Nordics, encompassing budgeting and performance tracking. Furthermore, you will become a key member of the Leadership team for the Nordic ESG Practice in SCPA, in which your responsibilities will include supporting, developing, and implementing the business strategy for ESG services across the Nordic countries. Lastly, this position requires that you are able to travel and work across the Nordics and occasionally overseas (25% of the time).

Strong supply chain profile with excellent leadership skills
We expect you to hold academic qualifications relevant to management, engineering, and sustainability as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth and overseeing successful delivery of impactful solutions within the sustainability domain. Additionally, you possess substantial professional expertise in advisory or assurance, ideally acquired through consulting positions that involve significant client interaction and commercial responsibility. It is crucial that you have prior experience in leading a team, with the full responsibility of ensuring the individuals development and their commercial success. As this role covers activities with Nordic clients, your location can be any of the Nordic capitals.
