Shaping the future of innovative engineering solutions
In the role of Technical Lead Engineer, your primary tasks will be to solve assignments and projects for our broad customer base. You will either work as a consultant at the customer’s site or from a DIS’s office, experiencing a varied everyday life with extensive interaction across various sectors and industries. You will play a central role in the project group, where you take responsibility for the technical deliverables in the projects by providing technical support to both customers and colleagues, ensuring compliance with all norms, laws, and regulations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical decisions made in the team are in line with and contribute to our technical objectives. Additionally, you will focus on providing your team with the necessary technical support, guidance, and assistance to ensure their success with our customers.

With great commitment you contribute to DIS’s success. You have a theoretical background as a mechanical engineer, diploma or civil engineer in mechanics, preferably combined with a professional background and possibly with several years of experience as a Technical Lead Engineer. You are passionate about your field, stay updated with developments, and take pride in high quality and professionalism.

To be successful in the role of Technical Lead Engineer, it is a prerequisite that you:

• Have worked with product development and/or the development of special machinery.
• Have a strong understanding of the design and construction of special machinery and steel structures, process plants, CE marking/machinery directive.
• Thrive in the role of a technical sparring partner for both customers and colleagues, where you take responsibility for the technical deliverables in the customer projects you are involved in.

As a person, you are initiative-driven, outgoing, and independent, while also being comfortable in the consultant role, interacting with many stakeholders. It comes naturally to you to share your professional, technical knowledge, and you are motivated to guide and advise your colleagues. Additionally:

• You can maintain a broad overview while paying attention to technical details.
• You are an effective communicator who knows how to communicate with both customers and colleagues in both Danish and English.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, where you are adaptable and good at adjusting to new situations.
• You have a passion for technology and possess a high personal drive.
