What does the role involve?
Join the Hilti Outperformer Program, a dynamic two-year program that propels you into a world of international projects, providing substantial exposure to senior management. The pace is fast, the challenges invigorating, but fear not - we're here to closely coach and mentor you. The program unfolds in four main stages:

-12 months as an Account Manager in Denmark: You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.
- 3 months on an operational project at the national headquarters in Hvidovre: Dive into logistics, HR, finance, marketing or engineering.
- 6 months on a strategic project at the regional headquarters in Manchester : Explore the broader organizational landscape.
- 3 months on an international project outside the region: If you come from a mature market, delve into an emerging one, and vice versa.

After successfully completing the programme, you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on your global career with the guarantee of a position at Hilti.

As a Hilti Outperformer, you’ll participate in some exclusive courses and events, including:

• Leadership development program – a comprehensive learning journey with IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a qualification from IMD.
• Business management training – individual training at Hilti. A focus on behavioral profiles, personal strengths, leadership styles and communication skills.
• Global summit – 4-5 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein. A look at the way global business units function, plus soft skills like situational leadership and international teamwork.
• Social project – 7-8 days ‘building a better future’. A hands-on and hugely impactful community project, like our recent house building for displaced refugees in Bosnia.

What you need is:

• Recent or upcoming 2024 graduate with a Master’s degree or PhD. Your degree may be in business administration, strategy, management, finance, or international business.
• At least three months of professional experience (internship, apprenticeship or work experience), or international experience during your work or studies abroad.
• Multilingual – at least fluent in English and Danish.
• Curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills. A global thinker, interested in general management and finance topics and keen for intercultural experiences.
• Above average academic achievements.

The formal process includes short online assessments, and a telephone interview with our Recruiting Specialist. From there you will attend a first interview with members of the Danish leadership team, a day-in-the-life virtual ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment centre in Manchester. We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.
