As Regulatory Affairs manager you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs EMEA team and work closely with stakeholders in the Novonesis BioAg industry covering bioyield and biocontrol solutions. You will execute on regulatory strategies and registration plans within EU, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You will interact with cross-functional product and project groups and maintain close interaction with stakeholders in biotechnology, other parts of R&D, sales, marketing and with strategic customers and authorities.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Using your specialized regulatory experience and strategic mindset to develop and execute on regulatory strategies for microbial and enzymatic biostimulant and biocontrol solutions in EMEA.
• Being analytical and strategic in the translation/interpretation of legislation and requirements and drive generation of data satisfying authority requirements for Novonesis biological solutions
• Being efficient and contributing to Novonesis and our partners regulatory submission procedures for BioAg products

Relevant experience:

• Hold minimum a MSc or equivalent in science (agricultural science, biotechnology, biology, microbiology or related field)
• Have experience from relevant industry or authority, preferably in the agricultural field
• Have solid experience with EU pesticide, biocontrol or fertilizer legislation
• Work at a strategic level and to translate legislation and scientific developments into company product related requirements
• Have strong communication skills and experience in working with cross disciplinary projects in an international setting
• Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Be a team-player with dedication to quality and willingness to learn. You appreciate an informal atmosphere working in a cross-cultural organization

Location:
This job will be located at Novonesis office in the greater Copenhagen area or from home based office if you live in a relevant European country.
