Finance Manager for a Scale-up Software Company

On behalf of Agillic, a public traded growing technology and software company inlisted on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, are we looking for a Finance Manager. Agillic is a Danish software company that specializes in marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

Agillic’s Finance Manager plays a vital role in the business, as this position has the overall responsibility for financial reporting, financial analysis and financial presentations to the Management. The main purpose of the role is to secure a structure of reporting tools to deliver accurate and timely financial information. The Finance Manager shall also drive and improve financial governance such as procedures, system automation, accounting, controlling and financial reporting. This will also require experience in stakeholder management as some of the data will come from other departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly reporting to Management on financial figures, SaaS matrix and KPI’s
• Deliver presentations to Management based on proper financial analysis
• Yearly preparation of company’s annual report
• Responsible for the statutory and interim audit
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Responsible for salaries within the companys’s headquarters
• Develop operational improvement and digital automation
• Contribute to ongoing review and adjustment of procedures and processes.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience as an auditor (with international clients)
• 3+ years of experience as Finance Manager, Financial or Group controller or similar where you have gained hands-on insight on all the financial assignments.
• Relevant academic education on BA or Master level.
• Extensive hands-on experience with financial reporting
• Deep knowledge of Danish accounting principle including IFRS as well as tax legislation
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience with multiple partners
• Experience from a complex environment with constant changes
• Hands-on experience and a high general IT user level
