Servicenow Project Manager - Tietoevry Tech Services

We are now looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager in Sweden to plan, coordinate, and deliver ServiceNow implementation projects to the clients. In this role, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Planning, requirement gathering and establishing scrum team(s)
• Interfacing clients
• Advise senior client leadership addressing customer challenges in the implementation project
• Come up with technical solutions together with ServiceNow Architect
• Oversee the entire project delivery, road map and the themes of work, provide accurate estimates and delivery timelines.
  

Other key responsibilities as a ServiceNow Project Manager:

• Deliver full scale project plan based on Agile/scrum methodology with work breakdown structure.
• Work closely with implementation team to drive the mind set of end to end view of IT delivery
• Ensure customer needs and requirements are met that are realistic and achievable
• Work with Tietoevry’s vendors and delivery partners to ensure solution delivery is on-time and in very good quality
• Create the cost and revenue budget in the system.
• Agree and manage the invoicing to customer for the change of scope
• Responsible for maintaining the schedule deviations of the project and raise it to steering committee
• Responsible for keeping up to date project documentation together with the team

Who we are looking for:
We believe you have a good understanding of processes and how these can be enabled over ServiceNow with optimal delivery team, cost and schedule. Your role is to plan and deliver the solution as a result of ServiceNow implementation project for the customer. You are a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction in-line with the delivery teams and you are the single point of contact and owner for implementation work coordination with vendors and partners.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• You are located and have a work permit in Sweden, Estonia, or the Czech Republic
• Certified project manager with handson knowledge of Agile/Scrum method
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module.
• Positive mindset with focus on results
• Ability to create project plans leveraging industry best practices
• Excellent client interfacing and management skill
• You are a Swedish citizen and fluent in Swedish and English language
