We are looking for new talent to join Eficode Managed Services unit, ROOT. ROOT is our product - a DevOps Platform solution that brings efficiency to our customer’s software development. What will you be doing?
In this role, you take ownership of diverse customer cases. You will ensure our customers make the best out of the tools and practices of the Atlassian suite specifically.

As an ITSM specialist, you will set up, migrate, configure, integrate, test, upkeep and support our customers’ Atlassian tools and environments. It is therefore important that you have a solid experience.

By the way, Eficode is one of the largest Atlassian partners in the world, so you will get to work among an enthusiastic crowd of Atlassian experts :)

You’ll be a good match if:

Our ideal candidate is a person who knows their way around DevOps principles, such as continuous integration/delivery, automation and infrastructure. You have already been working as an ITSM Specialist, or with something else related to DevOps Operations for a few years. Tell us what you have done and let’s see how we can work together.

Skills we are looking for:
Besides having a customer service-oriented mindset, this role is technical and requires experience with:

• ITSM Tools (focus on Atlassian stack)
• Infrastructure & continuous integration/delivery
• GitHub/GitLab or Bitbucket
• Linux CLI
• Public clouds (AWS, Azure)

You also like to take initiative and yearn for continuous development.
