IT Vendor Management is critical for B&O to continue effective oversight our IT Vendors. B&O has been on a journey to create a structured and professional framework for our suppliers and contract management in IT. We are today in a position where IT contracts are well maintained, and we have regular dialogues with our vendors and monthly follow up on performance and invoicing.

We have already achieved significant savings and cost avoidance and a much stronger collaboration with our vendor. This position will secure and expand the continuous effort of overseeing Vendors with regards to agreed deliveries, consolidations, and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Effective governance of key IT Vendors
• Build effective processes in relation to IT Vendor Management
• Administrative control relating to Vendors, including purchase orders, invoicing, and budget control
• Build comprehensive Contract Lifecycle Management process and system to support
• Be the subject matter expert for all IT Vendor/Partner queries
• Establish effective collaboration as a support function to both colleagues in IT and Line of Business
• Identify and grow Vendors who can support Bang & Olufsen’s continues spend optimization and growth

What you bring
We’re seeking a candidate who can quickly jump into the role, a candidate with 5 years’ experience working within IT Vendor Management or relevant Procurement area.
Moreover, you bring:

• Education from IT, business or procurement specialism
• Knowledgeable with procurement & finance in SAP
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow products
• Expertise with ITIL, project management and procurement frameworks
• Structured approach to daily activity, clear process for tasks to aid collaboration and communication with stakeholders
• Proactive mind set, seeking to improve systems and relationships
• Open minded – willingness to listen to input and adapt

What we offer
B&O Group IT includes all classic IT functions from Infrastructure to Business Applications and Enterprise Data Warehouse. We have some functions in-house (30 people), while others are outsourced to strong partners. You will be working with two colleagues in the IT Vendor & License Management team, as well as collaborating regularly with the Indirect Procurement and Legal departments.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: Struer, Denmark; Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Travel: Approx. 5% primary within Denmark
