• Responsible for: Webinars and community engagement

Key Objectives

This role will focus on activating new communities, engaging users across global community landscape and nurturing audiences to foster strong relationships and drive marketing pipeline. The ideal candidate is a confident marketer with a passion for cybersecurity and an outgoing personality to engage audiences of different levels. You need to understand business decision making processes and sales cycles.

Main Responsibilities:

Webinar Strategy and Execution:

• Support the creation of webinars to facilitate events and interact with the audiences to ensure a positive experience. Coordinate all aspects of webinar production, including content creation, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
• Support the driving of registrations for the webinars through the use of communities and networks.
• Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. These insights should be share with the team to help improve MoM performance.
• Measure the success of webinars through the number of registrations, attendees, webinar-driven meetings and webinar-driven revenue.

Community Building:

• Build and nurture an engaged online community of cybersecurity professionals and potential customers, find relevant threads and posts for thought leaders at Heimdal to interact with.
• Manage community platforms (e.g., forums, social media groups, or community websites such as TechTribe) to facilitate discussions, share valuable content, and foster a sense of belonging.
• Regularly post on communities to keep Heimdal top of mind.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to answer questions and provide insights within the community.
• Evaluate the web traffic coming from these communities to the Heimdal site
• Position Heimdal as a trusted resource and industry leader.

Demand Generation Campaigns:

• Contribute to the development of demand generation campaigns that leverage webinars, community engagement, and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and digital marketers, to execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and report on the performance of events, webinars and communities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Track and analyze key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, community engagement, and webinar attendance.
• Monitor competitor activities and report interesting findings back to the team.

Key skills and attributes:

• A drive to exceed targets and objectives – you must be a self-starter.
• Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills.
• Knowledge and deep understanding of cybersecurity technology.
• Be able to liaise with other teams and external parties to ensure progress is made

Education & experience required:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Have experience within the cybersecurity industry
• Ability to integrate webinars into broader sales & marketing campaigns.
• Ability to be a proactive and savvy communicator.
