We are currently hiring (Senior) Project Planners with 5-10 experience. Regardless of experience level you will be involved in some of the largest and most complex projects in NNE.

By joining our Project Planning Department, you will become part of our Project Execution area consisting of approximately 200 highly skilled project employees. The Project Planning department comprises 25 committed Project Planners located in Denmark and in our office in India.

How you might spend your days
As a Project Planner, you’ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:

• Managing complex project time schedules working with other planners.
  
• Be on the construction site, actively engaging with contractors and construction & commissioning managers.
• Supporting construction & commissioning managers in building a cross disciplinary time schedule and make sure it fulfills the overall project milestones.
• Identifying solutions to time schedule constraints and to meet overall requirements on time.
• Giving advice to project/ site management team and being a proactive part of the team.
• Evaluating, registering progress on tasks together with construction & commissioning managers estimate time/work to finish.
• Evaluating time schedules and progress reports from sub-suppliers.
• Supplying schedule and progress data for relevant reporting.
• Supporting improvement initiatives in the department such as planning standards / guidelines
• Based in Kalundborg.

• You are flexible and ideally have experience within construction and commissioning management within complex process plants like pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industries.

• You have a “Can do” attitude and ability to work under pressure.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Experience with using the planning tools Microsoft Project and Primavera
• You live in Denmark, and speak Danish and English fluently.
