Solteq Utilities Consulting is celebrating its fifth consecutive year of growth, a testament to our expertise, particularly in the realm of utility specialization. We are actively seeking ambitious BI consultants to serve as the driving force behind our newly established BI department, dedicated to optimizing data insights for the dynamic Danish utility sector.
The landscape of Danish utility companies is undergoing a transformative phase, marked by streamlining efforts and investments in climate-friendly solutions. This shift necessitates the acquisition of new skills and tools in utility companies that play vital roles in waste management, electricity, heat, wastewater, and water services.
You
We are seeking dynamic individuals who possess the following:
- In-depth knowledge of PowerBI, with the ability to effectively utilize its features and tools.
- Experience in designing and developing informative and functional reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and databases, enabling a comprehensive understanding and effective handling of backend datasets.
- A passion for developing innovative solutions through constructive dialogues with utility companies. Effective communication skills are essential to understand utility needs and contribute to the creation of tailored BI solutions.
- A few years' experience as a BI consultant, ready to embrace greater specialization and assume central roles involving new challenges.

Solteq Utilities Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm based in Aarhus, specializing in providing advice to utilities across the country. Our expertise spans various areas, including:
- Goal-setting, solution identification, and long-term investments.
- Business cases for new production structures.
- Condition assessment of facilities using machine learning.
- Streamlining tasks and organizing operations.
- Data analysis and reporting to managers and employees.
- IT needs assessment, acquisition, and implementation.
