As our new Agile Project Manager, you will support our Innovation and Design Center in incubating, developing, and industrializing our most advanced power conversion platforms for our UPS and Data Center Systems.

You will be an important part of the development team. This entails all the future possibilities, cross collaboration, and sparring with colleagues and teams you can dream of.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Agile Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience.

You will be the ‘right arm’ of the Product Owner. You animate your team with an Agile mindset, and you are empowered to make things happen through a clear backlog execution plan. You interact with the entire company, and the outcome of your mission is to bring products to our customers - according to their expectations and to our own high-quality standards. It is also to influence our company in maximizing the value of customer’s deliveries

What you can expect is working with a highly dedicated team focused on creating products and solving real customer problems.

Our product development team is built up as a squad. Your objective is to breakdown the product development into Product Increments, you can test on the market and monetize as early as possible. To put it shortly, this is a Scrum Master way of running product development in a hybrid HW and FW context.

You know that you are successful when you are able to support the product development from cradle to grave, and when your ability to listen to different team members ensures we create and commit to a realistic product delivery plan - in respect of both timing and cost objectives.

Your technical competencies

• Relevant education in an engineering or industrial field
• Awareness or experience in complex, tailored stage gate, PM targeting product development
• Knowledge in agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and DevOps.

Personal competencies

• Identify, escalate, and support obstacle resolution: you remove impediments
• Able to influence the organization and leverage stakeholders to foster team efficiency
• Open to change and trying to do things smarter today than yesterday.
• Leadership skills - listening and understanding the teams will be a key to your success
• Cultural understanding since you will be working with different people from France, India, China and more.
• Speak Danish

IT skills:

• MS Project
• MS suite
• Cadence & JIRA are a plus

Languages:
Danish and English is a requirement.

There could be some traveling involved since we a have close cooperation with sites in Shanghai and in India. You can expect roughly a week of travel every 6 months, but it is subject to change based on the nature of the projects.
