How to contribute to our vision
For our Planning and Execution team in Equipment department within Offshore organization, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated business system developer who will manage and develop business applications as part of our digitalization strategy.

As a Digitalization Developer you will focus on Big Data, Data Transformation and cleansing. You will be responsible for executing our digital transformation, develop tools and provide hands-on support for current applications. As part of future transformation and adaptation of our key stakeholders to new solutions you will play vital role in developing those new interfaces – always with the mindset to provide high quality and accuracy. Your job will enable Planning and Execution team as well as Equipment department to be an undisputed partner in delivering on our SGRE Masterplan.

You will be working at our office in Vejle, Denmark

Your daily work will be among top professionals in an exciting, dynamic and international environment. You’ll work within a Planning and Execution team which is highly focused on reliability; on delivering Equipment to stakeholders across entire SGRE landscape. And providing detailed and accurate support, ensuring smooth, seamless, and timely analysis for our construction, project management, manufacturing, service and procurement colleagues.

Other responsibilities include:

• Design and build the future set up of data management, analytics and data driven concepts to ensure a seamless setup.
• Define processes and tools for the effective, integrated introduction of new ways of data management within the team and potentially entire Equipment department
• Responsible for data quality and transparency
• Focus on Big Data and Data Cleansing
• Drive the creation as well as developing yourself new analytical, planning and execution tools
• Support with maintenance/update of existing tools and reports
• Support our team with Excel expertise, VBA coding, and introduction to AI realm
• Drive our data and data usage quality reviews
• Support our SAP specialists in automation and building the bridge between our O365 environment and SAP

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You have a bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or similar. Ideally, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data analytics, controlling or consulting in English with full professional competence.

• You have advanced IT skills within O365 suit (advanced VBA), and SQL
• Experience in understanding the various types of data formats, e.g.,.xlsx,.csv. SQL, etc...
• You can convert targets into actions
• You have a result-oriented and hands-on approach to your job
• You are self-driven
• You are curious
• You have experience in stakeholder management
• You have a strong and determined personality and a great engagement and enthusiasm
• You are independent and can work in exploratory areas where no clear direction can be given
• You have excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• You are strategic, proactive, and analytic in your approach, and you know how to handle a lot of data that will create the foundation for the rest of the organization.
• At the same time, you will support effective communication to ensure successful transformation. It is important that you can build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
