To deliver on our corporate purpose of making a wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, WS Audiology is looking for a new Production Planner to sustain high delivery performance on parts for hearing aid assembly and ensure optimal utilization of our capacities in our HQ in Lynge.
The team
In this role, you’ll become a part of a three-people team based in Lynge that is managed by the Production Planning Manager. You will closely collaborate with a hearing aid assembly production site in the Philippines to ensure a balance between supply and demand. Additionally, this position entails close coordination with local customer service and demand planning teams.
The role
As a Production Planner, you will be mainly responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of hearing aid to our sales affiliates & distributors in EMEA & LATAM countries.
You’ll especially focus on:
- Daily hearing aid planning & reporting
- Calculating & updating monthly planning parameters
- Running and facilitating MPS meetings hearing aid production line - long-term planning (12 months),
- Defining KPI for each area and ensuring close monitoring of production departments in Lynge HQ,
- Coordinating meetings with our assembly production in the Philippines - short-term planning (1-2 months),
- Weekly reporting to the management level,
- Other planning-related ad hoc tasks.
What you bring
To be successful in the role you must come from a production environment and have experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning. You will have excellent time management skills, with a high sense of urgency and the ability to effectively priorities your work. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a win, win situations for all parties concerned.
Experience and personal competencies:
- At least 2 years of experience within supply chain management or operation management,
- University degree in Supply Chain Management/Production Engineering,
- Proficiencies in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project skills,
- Experience utilizing ERP systems,
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills,
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured way.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
