About the job
As a Senior Consultant at Merkle, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance and strategic insights to drive our clients' digital success. You will work with different teams to develop and implement digital strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.

You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio, hence, you excel in client relationship-building, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital services to existing clients as well as driving newbizz opportunities supported by our Growth team.

Additionally, you will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Tasks include:

• Manage and nurture client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of projects and programs to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Utilise deep industry knowledge to develop recommendations tailored to clients’ needs and goals by providing valuable insights and actionable strategies to ensure their digital success.
• Participate in new biz activities across the Northern European cluster.
• Track project performance, analyse KPIs, and provide reports and progress insights to clients.
• Manage account budgets, ensure proper resource allocation, track cost, and address any budgetary concerns or variances to the leadership team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver captivating and impactful client presentations by applying storytelling, data visualisation, and persuasive communication techniques.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a consultant role in a digital agency or consultancy.
• You have experience managing a client portfolio with a minimum revenue of 15M DKK.
• You have experience delivering complex digital projects across most of Merkle's service offerings.
• You understand the everchanging IT landscape, customer experience perspective and transformation.
• You can delegate and scale within own pipeline while maintaining a solid overview and client relationships
• You have a proven track record in client relationship management
• You are an expert in driving digital transformation initiatives.
